Sales Professional

Job Description:


Looking for a consummate Business Development / Sales individual with experience in AMI, IoT, Smart City, channel, utility, distributor sales. The ideal candidate is a sales professional with a history of success in selling and working in the fields of IoT devices, communication networks (LoRaWAN), Network Management Software, utilities, Advanced Metering Infrastructure, and Smart Meters.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the company’s sales and marketing activities
  • Sale of SaaS, NaaS, MaaS, Smart Meters and Advanced Metering Infrastructure Systems, Smart City and IoT systems and services, and other Milandr, Inc. products through channel sales, retailers, distributors, Utilities, DIY stores and online
  • Generating new prospects through personal contacts, referrals, and company marketing programs
  • Responsible for all company eCommerce activity

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in IoT first and foremost; will consider driven individual with sales and business development potential
  • Knowledge of channel, retail, utility and distributor sales
  • Excellent language, presentation, and writing skills; additional language is a plus

Inside Sales / Customer Service

Position: Inside Sales / Customer Service


Milandr, Inc., is a Denver CO based startup, specializing in Smart City / IoT / AMI / Cloud and Data Networking, Milandr, Inc. designs, deploys and operates Smart City / IoT Solutions and Advanced Metering Infrastructure Systems.


Position Summary:

This is an entry/mid-level position. The Sales/Customer Service role is primarily responsible for providing phone, email, and online support and customer service for all new and existing customers of Milandr, Inc. The position is also responsible for handling inside sales calls, inventory, managing e-Commerce and social presence, and performing any administrative/office management duties as required.


Duties will include:

  • Handling external and internal communication via email and phone
  • Support of sales and customer service
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings & travel
  • Shipping and tracking merchandise and samples
  • Assisting management with conferences and trade shows
  • Administrative duties as needed



  • Excellent organization and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle different responsibilities
  • Experience working in a startup environment



  • College degree in a related field
  • Prior work for electronic manufacturers, distributors or in sales
